All of the staff members were immensely pleasant and amazingly nice. The hotel's location was particularly good and handy, near the centre of Inverness and a range of eating options, the sports bar/restaurant, and the Castle. Moreover, it was at a medium distance from Inverness Museum and Art Gallery.
